BEAST Raider Part II

Hot on the heals of the release of our new Raider graphic, a savvy BEAST fan introduced us to these action figures of the same name. No offense, but the Savage Warrior Beast Raider toys look like Dollar-store versions of He-Man.

If you see them at your local, send us a photo of you holding them wearing a BEAST t shirt!

For more Beast Raider goodness click here (medieval weapons not included).

Sneaker Freaker at Size?

If you don't know already, Size? is a decent UK chain of stores selling sneakers and select streetwear. Worth checking out for Don't Panic and Sneaker Freaker zine if nothing else. We always make a point to drop in when there's one close by.

While in London recently we scored a bag full of Sneaker Freaker back issues for just £1 each (normally £5).

Don't miss the chance to complete your collection (Size? Covent Garden only).

We had a blast this Summer when we dropped in to Bristol, UK to check out their famous street art scene. Great city with lots going on creatively. Def. worth a visit.

Thx to the fine folks at Weapon of Choice gallery and everyone else we met. Photos to come - check this mini video from local Rich Smith while you wait.

Very Nearly Almost

BEAST just spent a month in the UK (street art photos coming soon, inc. Ron English, Meggs, Banksy and more). One great discovery we made was VNA magazine.

A UK-based independent quarterly, Very Nearly Almost documents everything that’s going on from wheatpastes, paint and stencils in the streets through to gallery shows and events.  Previous cover artists include Shepard Fairey, Eine, Sickboy, D*Face, and Kid Acne.

We got our hands on a few issues and were blown away by the interviews and images - truly better than anything else we've seen in Europe or North America. Don't miss - get a subscription today.

VNA knows what time it is so check their website for events and gallery shows, inc. London’s Streetfest and Secret Wars.

Don't sleep - limited to a print run of 5,000.

Headless Clone Trooper

Do these photos suggest that there's a headless Clone Trooper roaming around somewhere? No, this is just a life size Clone Trooper helmet BEAST customized for the recent NoDa All Arts Market.

You can actually wear it and there are working commander phrases or press the Jedi button to receive messages from Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda characters.

Due to such positive feedback we're planning on doing more soon. Stay tuned....
